Collection Bureau Services achieves Professional Practices Management System subscription certification

Collection Bureau Services, Inc. achieves Professional Practices Management System (PPMS) subscription certification from the American Collectors
Association International, the association of credit & collection professionals.

CBS has been a member of ACAI since in 1976. The PPMS is a management application based on internationally recognized quality management
standards, including elements that range from management oversight to data control, disaster recovery, and client satisfaction.

CBS is proud to be the first and only Montana agency to be PPMS certified. This certification will help the company to grow and develop further and, in
turn, help their clients with increased recovery of their money.
