TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: TTEC), one of the largest and most geographically diverse global providers of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, today announced it will be adding approximately 1,000 customer service positions to its TeleTech@Home workforce in January.

Prospective candidates are invited to attend the job fair which runs from Tuesday, January 27th to Thursday, January 29th, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Camino Real Hotel located at 101 South El Paso Street, across from the El Paso Convention Center, El Paso. New employees will provide inbound customer support for the DTV (Digital Television) transition for one to two weeks.

TeleTech currently employs more than 1,000 people in their @Home program and will be adding approximately 1,000 part-time/full-time temporary positions by the end of January. The company will not be hiring for telemarketing or sales-related services at this location, rather providing inbound customer support from the comfort of their own homes.

TeleTech will be providing paid training for these new positions starting as early as February 7th. Rates for this work are governed by the Service Contract Act and can vary by county. Shifts are available at various start times with varying shift lengths, seven days per week. Due to the transition date, employees will be required to work February 17th and 18th. Potential candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong computer skills, and customer service experience.
