Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co. Adds Four New Associates

Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A., welcomes new associates Henry J. Geha, III, J. Charles Ruiz Bueno, Robert T. Kuehl and Andrew E. Houha.

Henry J. Geha, III will be working in the Complex Collections department of the Cleveland office.  Mr. Geha has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with majors in Finance and Management Information Systems from the Ohio University (2001) and a J.D. from the Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (2006).  He has been employed with WWR since law school.  Mr. Geha is licensed in Ohio.

J. Charles Ruiz Bueno will be working in the Litigation & Defense department of the Cleveland office.  Mr. Ruiz Bueno has a B.A. in English from the Case Western Reserve University (1978) and a J.D. from the Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (1990).  He also holds an L.L.M. from the Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (2003).  Mr. Ruiz Bueno was previously employed at Ronald Frederick & Associates.  A member of the Ohio State, Lake County and Cleveland Bar Associations, Mr. Ruiz Bueno is licensed in Ohio and Colorado and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (Northern District of OH, District of CO), the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. 

Robert T. Kuehl will be working in the Legal Action Recovery department of the Chicago office.  Mr. Kuehl has a B.A. in English from the St. Olaf College (1994) and a J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law (1999).  He was previously employed at Sudekum Cassidy & Shulruff, Chtd.  A member of the Illinois Creditors Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association, Mr. Kuehl is licensed in Illinois and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (Northern District of IL) and is also a member of that court’s trial bar.  Mr. Kuehl currently serves as the Legislative Liaison for the Commercial Litigation Committee of the Chicago Bar Association.

Andrew E. Houha will be working in the Bankruptcy department of the Chicago office.  Mr. Houha has a B.S. in Finance from the Illinois State University (1989) and a J.D. from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law (1993).  He was previously employed at Fisher & Shapiro, LLC.  Mr. Houha is licensed in Illinois and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (Northern District of IL, Central District of IL, Southern District of IL).
