I-Control is offered through the Company’s Global Interactive Services division.

I-Control is an easy-to-use, Web-based interface that gives clients optimal flexibility and control in effectively managing their multi-channel customer communication campaigns, including voice, e-mail, SMS and fax. This self-service dashboard has already been rolled out to several clients, for a variety of first party collections and pre-recorded outbound alert messaging applications.

I-Control gives clients full access to their campaigns, allowing them to start, stop, pause and throttle volumes, based on agent availability and other factors influencing connect rates and completions. The I-Control dashboard helps clients improve the efficiency of their programs, utilizing IVR call management in a cost-contained environment, designed to meet their unique budget needs and available resources.
