Mark Neeb will speak at IAT SmartDial’s Executive Retreat at The Homestead, September 25 – 27th, 2011.

Neeb, ACA International’s President for 2011 – 2012, will address the current state of the collection industry from both a legislative and regulatory perspective. He will also share his own ideas on shaping the industry’s future.

“As President of ACA, I feel a responsibility to be in front of as many people in our industry as possible,” Neeb said. “I want to keep members informed about what their association is doing with regards to influencing state and federal legislators, their rule-making and media relations.”

Neeb will also discuss, “how ACA is proactively seeking to inform and influence the public about what we do” and “be an advocate and source of information about ACA.” He said he intends to speak to many smaller industry groups like IAT’s about the current issues in the upcoming year.

Other notable industry experts will join Neeb at the exclusive IAT customer retreat for executive-level leaders, including authorities in legal affairs, skiptracing and online marketing.
