William Ketsenberg, owner/operator of Goldstein, Gould and Russo, an Iowa-based collection agency, received a suspended 10-year sentence last Friday after pleading guilty to first-degree theft last month, according to the Iowa City Press-Citizen.

Ketsenberg was arrested back in December of 2005 for embezzling nearly $17,500 from multiple companies ? money that was ostensibly to be used to pay back delinquent accounts ? and then depositing these monies into his personal account.
