Executive Change: Constar Financial Names Martha Hewitt as Executive Administration Director

Phoenix – Constar Financial Services, LLC, affiliate of Empereon Marketing, LLC, announced today that Martha Hewitt has been named the agency’s Executive Administration Director — the latest in a series of measures undertaken to strengthen the Company’s internal compliance and quality assurance program. She will report to Travis Bowley, CEO and Founding Partner.

In her new position, Ms. Hewitt, who has extensive experience in establishing and guiding compliance programs, will head Constar’s Executive Administration team and is responsible for all back office support functions. She will be directly responsible for building Constar’s internal quality and compliance program and expanding the Company’s Client Service department. In addition, she will manage Constar’s SAS 70 Type II certification process with an expected completion date scheduled for 1st quarter 2011. Ms. Hewitt is an 18 year industry veteran with specific experience in managing quality, audit, compliance and building the internal controls to meet the stringent demands of the financial community as it relates to the agency vendor relationship.
