(MCSI), Chicago’s leading municipal collections provider, today announced it has streamlined its internal operations to offer clients a new pricing structure, intuitive web access, tighter integration with Municipal Systems, Inc. software and two key appointments to its senior collections staff: Michael Lasseter and Desiri Budzinski.

Both Lasseter and Budzinski each bring to MCSI more than 25 years of experience in the collection industry. Lasseter will supervise all collector and calling effort activities. His experience spans multiple industries, including retail, commercial, with the majority focusing on municipal debt recovery. Budzinski brings a familiar voice to MCSI’s growing client base and will serve as head collector and primary customer liaison.
