Credit Plus Solutions Group, Inc. and NRA Group LLC, both of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, are pleased to announce that they have entered into an agreement in which NRA group LLC (NRA) will acquire the collection division of Credit Plus Solutions Group, Inc. (CPSG) along with the servicing rights to LogiChek.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“We at CPSG believe that NRA’s values, quality of services and products, and the markets they serve are an excellent fit with the collection services utilized by our customers,” said Robert R. Wozniewicz, president and CEO of CPSG.

NRA recently acquired the assets of National Recovery Agency, Inc.

Steven C. Kusic, president of NRA, attributes the success of his organization to the Vision 2010 plan. He said, “Pooling the quality resources of both companies will help create a high performing, more productive and stronger corporate entity that will ultimately benefit our respective clientele.”

NRA has been providing revenue recovery services for over 27 years. The company manages approximately $300 million in bad debt with over 100 employees in 5 states, making over 100,000 outbound calls daily. “Our philosophy is a true client centered approach and we will continue to focus on our goal of building strong relationships one customer at a time,” said Kusic.
