Columbia Ultimate, the industry expert in providing software and integrated solutions for collecting money, today announced that 2006 was a record breaking year for adding new clients.

The company added approximately 58 new organizations to its client base with a notable sales increase in the government and collection agency markets.  Today, more than 500 collections agencies, debt buyers, banks, healthcare and retail organizations rely on Columbia Ultimate’s collection solution to increase cash flow, reduce operating costs, and streamline collections and debt recovery. 

“Based on feedback from our clients, our key strategies for 2006 focused on delivering more value-added solutions such as integrating business analytics with our core applications.  We also tailored our solutions to meet the needs of small collection agencies.  These initiatives resulted in significant growth in the collection agency and government market sectors,” said R. Columbia Ultimate’s key achievements for 2006 included:

  • Launch of Collector Express software package specifically tailored for start-ups and small agencies;
  • New software releases and updates including RevQ’s Revenue Results and RPCS for government entities; The Collector System 2006.1 with new security features; and ManageMed 3.0 with new charity care function;
  • The creation of the New Telephony Division to provide enhanced services and support for the expanding telephony product line;
  • The introduction of New Client Care plans providing a comprehensive suite of services and
  • Partnerships with companies such as DANTOM Systems to provide more flexibility and options for clients’ letter servicing needs.
