Continental Service Group, Inc. (ConServe) today announced that J. Christopher (Chris) Lang has joined the firm as Vice President, Contract Administration.

Chris has spent his entire professional career of over 30 years in the collection industry. 26 years of his 30 years of professional experience has been specialized and focused on serving the student loan industry, which includes his prime responsibility as Contract Administrator for the U.S. Department of Education for over 25 years.

Throughout his career, Chris has held key management positions in Operations, Administration, Marketing and Sales. In his current position at ConServe, he will be responsible for strengthening existing Client partnerships, establishing new partnerships and ensuring that all commitments and services are provided to ConServe’s primary discipline, the student loan community.
