Connor will oversee the opening of a new Optio Solutions sales office in Phoenix, Arizona. He will work with Terry Buske, Vice President of National Sales, in recruiting and developing a national, independent sales force.

Connor brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the human development, financial services and collection industries.

Connor is CEO and founding principle of Unconditional Self Empowerment, LLC and is a Certified Transformational Life Coach. In addition, Connor has over 18 years of experience in the collection industry, having served as a Divisional Vice President and Regional Sales Director, Phoenix, for Transworld Systems, Inc. (TSI), a subsidiary of NCO Group, Inc.
