Executive Change: Collective Solution Names Lynmarie Glowski Chief Operating Officer

Los Angeles — Collective Solution has named Lynmarie Glowski to the position of Chief Operating Officer.  As Chief Operating Officer, Glowski will oversee the establishment of Collective Solution’s fully licensed, national collection strategy and the execution of its cost effective, fixed hourly agent cost model.  “Lynmarie brings to Collective Solution a unique combination of deep industry insights, hands-on experience in building large, outsourced collection teams, and a passion toward the credit and debt industry,” said Deron Quon, Executive Chairman.

Prior to joining Collective Solution, Glowski was the Director of Legal Operations and Centralized Services for Asset Acceptance, where she led a team of over 200 collection professionals across nine states.  Prior to her work with Asset Acceptance, Glowski was the Director of Operations and Compliance for Weber Olcese, PLC, a debt collection law firm based in Troy, Michigan.

“I am very excited about Collective Solution and my new role in the organization.  I have been in the debt collection industry for over a decade, and in this time have seen the economic climate change which has resulted in an excess of inventory of delinquent debt for originating creditors and placements with collection companies,” said Glowski.  “Collective Solution, I believe, has solved this major business problem and I am anxious to begin assisting the credit and collections industry with our cost effective business solutions.”

Glowski has a Bachelor’s of Science in business from Central Michigan University with a major in Corporate Finance and a minor in Risk Management.

Collective Solution is a wholly owned subsidiary of CAAL Enterprise, LLC.  Collective Solution services include primary and third party collections, both early stage and post-charge-off collections, outbound messaging, skip tracing services, and general customer service.  CAAL Enterprise, LLC is a full service business processing company providing in-bound and out-bound telecommunication services, data processing, and programming services.  Collective Solution is housed in a new facility with a capacity of 1,500 agents in Quezon City in Metro Manila, Philippines.
