Roger Rubin, former President & CEO of Van Ru Credit Corporation, today announced a partnership with Receivable Specialist, Inc. (RSI), a nationally licensed, consumer collection agency located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Rubin commented, “RSI is the perfect fit for me. Small enough to cater to client needs, yet an agency having the security, training, and disaster recovery programs in place to compete on a national level in consumer collections. I look forward to the opportunity of being able to provide more personalized services to our clients.

Rubin also stated that RSI is in a perfect position to expand into other markets. “The company’s strategic location, within close proximity of Ft. Lauderdale and Miami, presents tremendous opportunity to draw on a Spanish speaking (bi-lingual) collector labor pool for RSI’s current and future clients, “ said Rubin. “I hope RSI’s service offerings become the industry benchmark to be used against other near shore and off shore collection agencies. While we may have higher labor costs in the U.S., I believe our results will more than compensate for that difference.”

ARM advisory firm Kaulkin Ginsberg Company initiated the partnership.  Michael Lamm, Associate at Kaulkin Ginsberg, said, “We are excited about facilitating this partnership for Roger and believe this provides him with a solid collections platform to grow from.
