Gila Corporation, through its Gila Group business unit, has signed a collections outsourcing agreement to expand its current service offering with Mocse Credit Union.

Gila Group will handle the collection of all delinquent loan and credit card accounts beginning with accounts classified as 15 days delinquent as well as high-balanced negative share accounts 31 days delinquent until charged off by management of the Credit Union. In addition loans 15-30 days delinquent and visa accounts 15-60 days delinquent shall be worked on Gila’s I3 Dialer as mutually agreed upon to help control delinquency levels. "Gila Group staff act as defacto employees of the Credit Union, so the process is seamless to Mocse’s members," says Patrick J. Swanick, Gila Corporation’s Chief Executive Officer.

"We selected Gila Group because they specialize in collections for credit unions," says Alberta Anderson, Executive Vice President for Mocse Credit Union. "They have an excellent performance record for managing this type of service and I know they are sensitive to the needs of our members," says Anderson. "In addition, Gila Group will handle all repossession matters relative to Credit Union loan accounts, allowing Mocse to focus on our core competencies of providing great service to our members while minimizing charge-offs," says Anderson.
