The number of lawsuits filed against ARM companies claiming violations of the FDCPA and other consumer statutes fell again in the last two weeks of August after declining in the first half of the month as well.

There were about 467 lawsuits filed under consumer statutes in the second half of August 2011. Here is an approximate breakdown:
