Convergys Corporation, a global leader in customer care, human resources, and billing services, announced today a four year contract renewal with Alltel (NYSE:AT – News) to continue to manage Alltel’s wireless data rating operations. Alltel has more than 11 million wireless customers and has been a Convergys client since 1985.

Convergys will continue to manage Alltel’s wireless data rating using Infinys ™ Rating and Billing (IRB). IRB is part of the Infinys product suite, Convergys’ leading convergent Business Support System software.
