Police arrested a former Iowa City man and collection agent for allegedly stealing nearly $17,500 from multiple companies and depositing the money into his personal bank accounts.


William Dean Ketsenburg, 39, was arrested Dec. 10 in Orange County, Fla., on a warrant for first-degree theft. He was booked at the Johnson County Jail on Monday and made an initial court appearance Tuesday. A judge set his bond at $15,000 cash only, court records show.
