Receivables Management Services is rapidly expanding their collection call center in Pueblo, CO, and the local press is taking note. The Pueblo Chieftain is featuring a story on RMS?s expansion in their Business section today.

RMS, a global collections firms based in Bethlehem, PA, is two years ahead of its hiring schedule at its Pueblo call center — with 300 current employees, and room to grow to 325.

“Pueblo has turned out to be a good location for us staffing wise,? said Bob Baertlein, head of the local office. ?It’s [been] a combination of business growth and the fact we were able to staff up here.?

Pueblo has begun to emerge as a call center hub after the opening of several other sites and the scheduled opening of a new 500-person call center for Cingular this fall.

RMS also has operations in Canada, Mexico, India and Hong Kong. The company maintains a business alliance with Dun & Bradstreet.
