Los Angeles — CAAL Enterprise, LLC announces the launch of Collective Solution, a wholly owned subsidiary focused on providing low cost collection assistance to the credit and debt collection industry.  Based in the Philippines, Collective Solution benefits from a highly skilled and specialty trained staff of agents experienced with the U.S. marketplace.  Services offered range from messaging services to full service collections with a flat hourly per agent fee and no contingency fee.  Collective Solution’s equivalent contingency fee can be as low as 7%, which provides a huge cost savings and assists clients in avoiding losing collection opportunity due to capacity or cost issues.
