TeleTech Holdings, Inc. today announced that the company is actively recruiting to hire more than 130 employees for its facility located in Edmundston, New Brunswick. The facility is a state-of-the-art customer management center (CMC) that serves a major communications and media company. The jobs are available for both full-time and part-time schedules.

TeleTech is seeking applicants for customer service representatives who will provide over-the-phone help to customers of cable, Internet, and digital phone services. TeleTech representatives in Edmundston will handle inbound calls only, rather than outbound telemarketing calls. Call types include billing inquiries, payment processing, general troubleshooting for TV and internet services, inbound inquiries, service and installation booking, upgrades, and work orders. New hires will be given paid training for four weeks before taking live calls.
