Receivables Performance Management, LLC, a leader in account management and resolution services, today announced the addition of two new executives to their Management Team.

Andy Erpelding joins the company as Vice President of Corporate Services. In this role, Erperling is responsible for CRM strategies as he guides the company’s commitment to continuously and proactively focus on customer care through internal staff training and empowerment as well as developing new initiatives in response to client needs and feedback. He brings a unique customer-focused mentality to RPM, as the company continues to lead the industry in a direction that transcends more traditional collection-related style philosophies. Prior to joining the company, Erpelding worked in corporate finance and relationship management at Sprint Telecommunications, No. 58 on the Fortune 500, as well as in sales and relationship management for GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, No. 151 on the Fortune Global 500. Erpelding received both his Bachelor of Science and his Masters in Business Administration degrees from Northwest Missouri State University.

Mike Frazee joins the company as Vice President of Information Technology and Vendor Management. Frazee brings more than 15 years of experience in credit/collections finance and project management within the telecommunications industry. He shares the company’s commitment to implementing state-of-the-art technology, analytics, and custom reports to increase client service and portfolio performance. He brings a client and partnering mentality to RPM based on his experience. Prior to joining Receivables Performance Management, Frazee worked as a manager in corporate finance at Sprint Telecommunications, where he was heavily involved with collection vendor management. He also served Sprint as the Fraud Strategy Manager, as a credit analyst, and project manager. Frazee received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Kansas – Lawrence.
