Diversified Data & Communications, a Ferndale, Mich.-based Business Process Outsourcing firm focusing on data processing and distribution, announced today a new brand identity under which it will operate, DIVDAT, Inc.  DIVDAT President Jason Bierkle made the announcement, citing customer research; competitive analysis; market demand; a need to further increase online corporate visibility; and a desire to more succinctly express the company’s value proposition as factors behind the brand overhaul.

The ‘DIVDAT’ brand embodies the progressive and results-oriented elements of our business, which our customers within the credit and collections, insurance, finance, utilities and telecom verticals have come to expect of us over the last 36 years." 

To accompany the brand launch, DIVDAT has redesigned its logo, moving to a modern and clean look that symbolizes the company’s data distribution process.

In 2007, DIVDAT will launch a complete receivables management system as the first proprietary service under the new corporate brand identity. In addition to DIVDAT’s initial offerings of data processing and the subsequent introduction of print and mail services, this new receivables management system will allow DIVDAT customers to efficiently enhance their receivables process and streamline their vendor management requirements.
