GB Collects Donates Toys and $1000 to Children for the Holidays

GB Collects brightened the holidays for six unfortunate children by purchasing gifts and donating $1000. Since November, the employees at GB Collects shopped for toys and organized fundraisers to give the children a magical Christmas.

The fundraisers included a breakfast, bake sale, silent auction and office decorating contest. Employees not only supported a greatcause but also demonstrated teamwork, a quality highly honored at GB Collects.

“The employees at GB Collects are truly good people. They made a huge effort to ensure a wonderful Christmas for the children. I am very proud of my staff,” said George Bresler, President of GB Collects.

The children were recommended to GB Collects by the Women’s Opportunity Center. The Women’s Opportunity Center helps women gain economic self-sufficiency. The center assists women by helping them find jobs and offering workshops and training.

The single mothers from the Women’s Opportunity Center were struggling to support their children this Christmas but GB Collects’ employees were eager to help them out.
