The Moore Law Group to Acquire the Collection Department of Bidna & Keys

The Collection Department of Bidna & Keys, APLC, is being acquired by The Moore Law Group on July 1, 2008. Harvey M. Moore has formed The Moore Law Group, APC, to continue to provide collection services and credit industry litigation defense representation to clients including national and regional credit grantors and debt buyers. The acquisition has been structured to be seamless to the current clients.

Mr. Moore, rated ‘AV’ by the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory, is currently serving his second two-year term as a Board Member of NARCA. co-chairing its Laws and Legislation Committee, and is a Board Member of the California Creditors Bar Association. Mr. Moore is also a member of the ACA International Members’ Attorney Program and the Debt Buyers’ Association.

Founded in 1986, Bidna & Keys will continue to provide litigation and transaction services in business, real estate and probate/trust matters. The firm is rated ‘AV’ by the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory and listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
