Last month, leaders from four major trade associations representing the accounts receivable management industry sat down with insideARM.com to discuss a new level of cooperation between their groups to combat a spate of anti-industry legislation and regulation and a poor image in the minds of the public.
Leaders from ACA International, the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA), DBA International, and the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA) were on-hand to talk about the concerted effort.
