Columbus, OH – Former Discover Card executive today announces the formation of Stonecreek Enterprise, LLC; a consulting firm focused on bringing higher levels of financial performance to the Credit, Collections and Debt Sales industry.

Bob Deter is a Credit & Collections industry veteran with over 21 years of experience. As Executive Vice President for one of the nations leading debt buyers, he was responsible for business development and expanding acquisition markets. He led the company to increase its purchase volumes ten fold and expanded relationships to virtually all of the nation’s top banking institutions. Prior to acquiring debt he spent 17 years with Discover Card where he headed the debt sales department and managed the associated multi-billion dollar portfolio. His responsibilities included contract management, sale and repurchase transactions, back end operations and relationship management.

Mr. Deter brings substantial knowledge and experience of debt sales from both sides of the transaction. He also managed training and quality implementation for the Discover Card National Recovery Center. An experienced manager of collection units in all levels of pre-charge off delinquencies, Bob has been an invited speaker at several of the largest Debt Sales and Collection Industry conferences.
