COPLEY, Ohio -- DebtNext Software, a hosted recovery management software provider, welcomes Erik Dean as its Director of Platform Development and Implementations. In his new role, Erik will be responsible for new implementations and functional improvements within the DebtNext Platform. He will join DebtNext in its Northeast Ohio headquarters located in Copley, Ohio. 

Erik’s technology experience has spanned over 18 years. His career began as a software developer and advanced to a Solutions Architect and most recently leading a team of Solution Designers. Erik has collaborated closely with customers spanning several industries including automotive, financial, and retail. His previous work experience includes Penske Logistics as well as JP Morgan Chase. Erik holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Kent State University. He prides himself on customer satisfaction as well as listening to and resolving challenges by developing technology solutions.
