Our Advisory Board will assist Prosperity America, Inc., in growing the company and fulfilling our mission. The Advisory Board consists of:

Byron Hogue joined Federal Express in 1973 during his 20 years with the company he ascended to senior officer status serving as the company’s Vice President of Air Operations. In this role he was responsible for all worldwide air operations, managing a fleet of more than 650 aircraft, the largest in the world at that time.  Upon his retirement in 1993, he worked with Sam Walton of Wal-Mart prominence and spent four years managing a variety of financial matters for the Walton family.  Byron is a graduate of Arkansas State University. Byron achieved the rank of Major in the U.S. Marine Corps serving twelve years as a pilot including flying several combat missions in Vietnam.  As a strong advocate for veteran’s issues, Byron said that joining the prosperity America board of advisors was "a very worthwhile project, and that he was pleased to lend his support to in any way he could."

Warren Steele is an active member of the Columbus area community. He graduated Harvard University in 1984 and joined AFLAC in March of that year as a management trainee. In this 20 year career with AFLAC, Warren served in several positions with AFLAC until his retirement in October, 2004 as its Senior Vice President.  When asked to join the Prosperity America board of advisors Warren said "I am happy to support Prosperity America. I believe in their mission and I was delighted to have the opportunity to support a company that is working to bring jobs to the Columbus region."

Robert S. Poydasheff is the former Mayor and former city council member of Columbus, Georgia. He retired from the United States Army as a highly decorated Colonel. His awards include the Legion of Merit with two Oak Leaf Clusters; Bronze Star; Commendation Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster; Badge of Army Secretariat; and the Vietnam Ribbon with four Battle Stars.

During his military career he held positions as Legislative Counsel to Secretary of Army; Legal Counsel to Secretary of Defense on Labor Relations; and Staff Judge Advocate. Bob was also Senior Vice President, of the Trust Company Bank of Columbus, Georgia. He holds a B.A. The Citadel, a Juris Doctor from Tulane, an M.A. in International Relations from Boston University.  Bob is actively involved in both Veterans and community affairs, he commented that he "wholeheartedly supports efforts of US based businesses to bring back good paying jobs to support American workers" and "when those jobs are being developed in Columbus area and our military community will benefit from some of these jobs, I felt that it was important to lend any support I could to this effort."

Prosperity America, Inc is a broad based teleservices and call center company.  Our mission is based on the premise that we believe that the collections, call center and related back office services industries are headed in the wrong direction.  Our company is concerned that this space is not being used to support and develop productive jobs for our own citizens.  While tens of thousands of jobs are being migrated to places like India, the Philippines, the Caribbean and elsewhere American service people their families and communities are having difficulty finding viable employment we want to change that by developing jobs here.
