Plaza Associates and Km2 Solutions Announce Renewal Strategic Alliance.

Plaza Associates, a collections and recovery agency that for the past 40 years has been one of the most respected names in the debt recovery business, today announced the renewal of a strategic alliance with KM² Solutions, a customer contact center with primary operations in St Lucia, West Indies. The alliance establishes KM² as a branch operation center for Plaza.

“We initially established this relationship about a year ago with 10 FTE’s, and currently we utilize about 25 collectors,” noted Paul Brennan, Plaza?s Chief Operating Officer. “We have noticed significant lift in performance as a result of KM²‘s efforts and we anticipate this alliance will continue to grow. With this partnership, Plaza can now leverage a turn-key, near shore operation center while maintaining oversight on collectors, training, compliance, quality, and collection strategies. The market continues to dictate near shore capability, and now, without incurring capital costs to build our own structure, we have that ability.”
