“I am thrilled to join LiveVox at such an exciting time for the company,” said Schaeffer. “In today’s economic climate, it is more important than ever for vendors to build true partnerships with their customers in order to be successful. I am looking forward to working with our executive team to help the company continue its upward momentum and growth in the collections industry.”

“I have spent the past 10 years of my career in collection agencies, and I am intimately familiar with many technology solutions for the collections and credit industry. In my experience, I have yet to see any premise-based dialer, or on-demand solution, that even comes close to comparing with LiveVox’s VoIP Dialer 4.0 in terms of Right Party Connects or unlimited capacity,” said Morris. “I have been talking about the value of LiveVox with industry colleagues for quite some time as a LiveVox customer, and I am tremendously excited to now be a member of this winning team!”
