NCO Financial Services is looking to outsource some of its accounts receivable management services off shore, in Barbados.

NCO is looking to recruit hundreds of Barbadians as part of a planned expansion for 2007.

The Pennsylvania-based firm, which earned revenue of $1.05 billion US dollars in 2005, started operations here in 2003 with 25 employees and has increased that number to 700.

NCO Financial Services looks after the accounts receivable management, customer management services and back office services for a clientele that includes banks and credit card operations.
