Zenta, a leading world-class Business (BPO) and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) Company, today announced the appointment of two industry veterans to the management team to grow the company’s India operations. Zenta is the new identity for the three business acquired by Dallas-based holding company H-Cube, LLC – Global Realty Outsourcing (GRO), Blackheath and the former Zenta.

Jaswinder Ghumman has been appointed country manager for Zenta’s India Operations, based in Mumbai. He is responsible for overseeing the operations of Zenta’s BPO and KPO Centers in Chennai and Mumbai and for growing the company’s business in India. Mr. Ghumman most recently was engaged in an entrepreneurial initiative as CEO of Excel Callnet, a BPO company in Chandigarh. Prior to that Mr. Ghumman headed the rapid growth of Convergys Corporation in India to 10,000 employees in a 4 year period. Ghumman will be responsible for overseeing and expanding Zenta’s voice and non-voice India based BPO operations and will report to Zenta President and COO Jack Freker.

Devesh Bahl joins Zenta as senior vice president, data and analytical services, and is responsible for growing Zenta’s data and analytical operations across India. Mr. Bahl has 20 years financial and management experience in operations, business development, treasury and finance across a variety of industries and sectors. Recently, he served as director, financial commercial solutions of GE Capital Services and GENPACT as well as in other leadership roles at the company both in the U.S. and India. Bahl will be based in Chennai and will report to Country Manager Jaswinder Ghumman.

"We expect 40% year over year growth in our India operations, and believe that Jaswinder and Devesh have the necessary experience and skills to direct that growth."
