A Cincinnati-based collection agency is expanding rapidly, and has leased an office that will allow it to double the number of collectors in the space and makes it the firm’s corporate headquarters. Knightsbridge Receivables Management announced it has expanded to Springdale, Ohio and will add 50 collectors there by the end of the year.

“We’ve started growing so rapidly,” Gene Brugger, President of KRM, told insideARM.com.  “We’ve recently signed a contract with a large debt purchaser to collect, so this new site represents the next logical step in our growth.”

According to Brugger, 75 percent of KRM’s business is credit card collections.

The new site will house Knightsbridge’s Corporate Headquarters. Knightsbridge also has a site in Hamilton, Ohio.
