Ontario Systems last week named Tony Reisz as its new President and CEO. It’s the most significant executive change the company has made since it was acquired by Oxford Financial Group and company management in 2003.

“With the company’s successful entry into new and dynamic markets over the past three years, the time has come to split the roles of Chairman and CEO so that each can become more focused,” said Wil Davis, Ontario Systems’ chairman.

Reisz’s appointment comes at the conclusion of an eight-month search conducted with the help of Russell Reynolds Associates, a top-tier executive search firm. “We have made significant and important changes in our company over the past few years, broadening both our market scope and the products we develop. We are really happy to have found Tony. The Board was seeking a person with the rare combination of passion, business leadership and creativity, and we have found that person in Tony,” Davis said.

Reisz will assume day-to-day executive leadership beginning July 28. Co-founders Davis and Ron Fauquher will remain with Ontario Systems as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Senior Vice President, respectively.

“It’s an exciting time to be joining Ontario Systems,” said Reisz. “I am honored to be a part of the team that has really established this business. I’m eager to begin working with the Ontario Systems’ team and its clients.”

“Tony brings a background in technology management, product development, sales, and business growth. He has been successful in highly regarded leadership roles at two companies larger than Ontario Systems: R. H. Donnelly and ChoicePoint. Tony has demonstrated his ability to lead people to achieve extraordinary results,” said Davis.

He has extensive hands-on experience facilitating the growth of multiple companies, primarily technology-focused companies. He brings a proven track record in scalable processes, well-built technology-based products, strategic partnerships, new product line development and industry leadership.

“This is the perfect time to transition the daily management of Ontario Systems,” said Fauquher. “Ontario Systems is poised for strong, continued growth. Tony’s expertise in management systems and growth acceleration will serve our clients, staff and investors exceptionally well.”
