Salt Lake City — IAT announces a 25 percent increase in revenue from their CT Impact hosted services for the month of June. This also represents the highest monthly revenue ever for IAT’s hosted predictive dialing and broadcast messaging.

“In this interesting economic climate, I’m pleased to announce the significant growth we have experienced with CT Impact revenue and clients during the past months,” Dave Rudd, IAT President and CEO, said.  “In a collection environment that frequently requires more effort to find debtors willing to settle their debt, dialing technology is vital to remaining profitable. CT Impact makes it affordable for any size agency.”

IAT, a Utah-based company founded in 1986, specializes in dialing technology for the collection industry. They provide both site-premised dialers and hosted solutions, with predictive dialing and IVR Messaging (broadcast messaging) capabilities. CT Center, IAT’s site-premised product, combines both Predictive Dialing (PD) and Interactive Communications (IC) on a single Windows®-based platform. CT Impact hosted services have similar technology and were developed to provide agencies with dialing resources, without an initial hardware investment and with pay-as-you-go fees based on use.

“By providing clients with both site-premised products and hosted services, IAT is able to cater to all types of agencies, and not force them to succumb to the idea that ‘one size fits all.’” Ray Fowler, IAT National Sales Manager, said. “CT Impact works seamlessly with CT Center our site-premised product, for which the customer base continues to grow and the technology sees continuous enhancements.”

IAT will be exhibiting at ACA International 2009 in Las Vegas, NV, July 13 – 15th.
