German ARM firm GFKL Financial Services AG announced Monday that it has finalized its acquisition of SNT Inkasso & Forderungsmanagement GmbH (Potsdam) effective 28th June. The two parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

SNT Inkasso & Forderungsmanagement GmbH specializes in receivables management services for the telecommunications industry, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of German mobile services provider E-Plus which itself is part of Dutch telecommunications and ICT provider, KPN. SNT Inkasso was founded in 2003 and experienced a rapid growth, currently employing a staff of 64. The company counts the E-Plus Group among its main customers, and a long-term service agreement is in place. Business relationships are to be maintained following the takeover by GFKL, which will also take over all staff currently employed by the collection agency.

With the acquisition of SNT Inkasso, we expand our position within the telecommunications sector. Within that industry, there is a huge demand for reliable as well as efficient receivables management. Together with our new team in Potsdam, we are looking forward to offering our customers an even broader range of services in the near future.”
